Reflect and Look Forward
As we begin the new year, I'm taking a moment to reflect on the journey and growth of my business in 2023 and then keep looking forward. It was a year of many highlights, from joining SERHANT. as an agent to landing my first listing, a rental client, and a buyer all within a few months of starting this journey.
In 2023, we faced changing market conditions, with low inventory and sellers getting scared when push came to shove. I had one client lose not ONE BUT TWO different properties to scared sellers. However, adapting my business strategy and approaching each situation with its unique circumstance we continued to move forward and give our clients the confidence to continue on.
Social media played a significant role in my business growth and development in 2023. Committing to posting consistently and actively engaging with my followers has not only grown my confidence and comfortability in front of the camera but also increased my reach every day. And truly who would have thought at the end of the day, shhhh I kinda love it don’t tell my coach 🤫!
Moving into 2024, I plan to continue building my brand and growing my business through my networks and social media presence. I am excited to be working with two different buyers in the 800-1MM price point and organizing my first event as a real estate agent called The Real DE-FI, which will bring together professionals and clients from Real Estate, Design, and Finance.
My personal and professional goals for 2024 are to continue growing my brand and business while maintaining a balance with my personal life. I have set a goal for myself to do 12-15mm in sales in my first 12 months of real estate and a total of 20mm or more in the year of 2024.
As for the real estate market in 2024, we predict that rates will see further cuts from the FED, which will excite the market in the immediate future. However, we are also entering an election year, and the market may go colder in the short term as buyers and sellers are always wary when politics are uncertain. We urge our clients and colleagues to take advantage of the current market conditions and make the most of the opportunities available.
In conclusion, as we enter the new year, I am excited about the big things ahead and look forward to continuing to serve and grow my business. The sky's the limit, and I am committed to making 2024 my best year yet!
